I can tell you I have watched very few Irish Basketball games. I am a fan of basketball but after last season and the way the basketball team played, I have tried to keep up to date with at least the current scores from basketball. I heard they lost to Butler??? Yeah, I was questioning it too until IU lost to them the next day. Last night, I tuned into the game with approximately 7 minutes left in the 4th quarter as I went to bed. The Irish were up by 10 points and looked as if they were going to win. Then something happened! The offense started to stall and 'Take their foot off the pedal', as the announcer kept saying.

Don't you sometimes feel that you are the reason why the Irish lose sometimes. Sometimes I personally feel that the Irish football team plays better when I watch them, except when they played Michigan or USC. I know I wanted to turn the game off against MSU and UCLA but I didn't and they won.

Back to the game last night, as I turned it on, they were winning and then all of a sudden the momentum shifted to Alabama. Turn over, walk, two quick fouls, and the Crimson Tide is back within 3. The Carter hits a three. The momentum shifts again back to the Irish. Another three by Carter. A steal by Harangody and a foul on his layup. Then Falls, hits some free throws and the game is sealed and delivered. The excitement of college basketball. I know I will tune in more frequently when they are on ESPN. I somehow felt I had to keep watching for them to pull it out and they did. Congratulations Irish! Maybe you will be ranked next Monday!
